Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AppStats application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AppStats is a mobile application that allows iOS developers to track and monitor their App Store Connect statistics, including but not limited to:

  • Download statistics
  • Revenue and proceeds tracking
  • App performance metrics

The App requires you to provide your App Store Connect API credentials to access your data.

3. Account and API Credentials

3.1 Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your App Store Connect API credentials
  • You must ensure that your API key has appropriate permissions for the features you wish to use
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur using your credentials within the App

3.2 Credential Storage

  • Your API credentials are stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms
  • We do not store, transmit, or have access to your API credentials on our servers

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The App offers a free tier with limited features, including:

  • Access to up to 3 apps
  • 7-day statistics history
  • Basic analytics

4.2 Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription unlocks additional features:

  • Unlimited apps
  • 30-day statistics history
  • iOS widgets
  • Advanced analytics

4.3 Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 App Ownership

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Hikkary and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Redistribute or resell the App

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1 App Store Connect

The App interacts with Apple's App Store Connect API. Your use of this service is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

7.2 RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat for subscription management. Your subscription data is processed in accordance with RevenueCat's privacy policy.

7.3 Firebase

We use Firebase for analytics and push notifications. Data collected is subject to Google's privacy policy.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 "As Is" Basis

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8.2 Data Accuracy

While we strive to display accurate statistics, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data retrieved from App Store Connect. Apple's data reporting may have delays of up to 48 hours.

8.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. The service may be affected by:

  • Maintenance and updates
  • Apple's App Store Connect availability
  • Network conditions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Any other commercial damages or losses

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hikkary, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability
